Damaged Upon Delivery:

I must be notified immediately.

I will need to see photos of damage, including the packaging so I can file a claim.

Returns:

Because I understand it is difficult to get a good feel for Artwork or Wearable Art on a screen, I will accept returns unless it is marked as Final Sale.

I must be notified within two (2) days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your new Artwork or Wearable Art.

Buyer is responsible for shipping.

No refunds on shipping.

Any returned work must be in the same condition it was in when it left my studio. (I photo document all of my work)

Refunds will be issued after I receive it back and it meets the policy terms.

I have the right to refuse any return I feel does not meet my policy.
